Selayang Municipal Council is the Local Authority in Selangor which has been selected to ensure the success of the Muhibbah Complex. Located in Bolton Industrial Park, it has complete basic facilities, particularly toilets and prayer room that are protected from heat and rain. It is also a place to conduct business activities and at the same time used as a meeting point for residents to conduct community, sports and recreational activities. Among the activities held are:-

Function
Used as a Day and Night Complex. With its wide area, food stalls and market activities can be held simultaneously. Used as a multipurpose space and can be used for sports and recreational activities when there are no hawking activities held.
